Please ring the clinic on 03 9417 5470 or use our online appointment form and one of our friendly receptionists will help find a time that suits you best.

How long are the consultations?

Sports Physiotherapy

Initial Consultations are 45 minutes in duration, and subsequent visits are 30 minutes. If you have more than one injury to be assessed in your initial consultation, please mention it when you book your appointment so that we can allow adequate time for the second injury to be assessed fully.

Remedial Massage and Myotherapy

Consultations can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in duration, however it is recommended that your initial consultation be the full hour so that your therapist can obtain a good understanding of your conditions or issues.

Pilates Classes

Initial consultations and subsequent visits are 45 minutes.

Dietetics

Initial consultations are 45 minutes and subsequent visits are 30 minutes.

Do I need a referral?

No you don’t. All of the clinicians at Rebound Sports Physiotherapy are first-contact practitioners. If, however, you have been to see your doctor or are being referred by a surgeon, please bring any referrals or notes you may have, and/or any other information you may have, such as x-rays or scans.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a foot and/or a running injury, appropriate footwear and any extra footwear that may contribute to your problem may be useful to our clinicians.

Where can I find parking?

Parking can be found on Johnston Street, in Lulie Street or at the rear of the clinic in Little Turner Street (access via Hoddle St).

What are my payment options?

Payments must be made on the day of consultation. We have HICAPS facilities and can make your private health fund claims on the spot. Your balance can be paid with cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS.

What if I can’t make my appointment time?

Please give us as much notice as possible if you cannot make the appointment time, and we can reschedule for a time that better suits you.  Please note that Rebound Sports Physiotherapy has a cancellation policy – a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time. Your full appointment fee will be charged for any missed appointments.
