Ben Lennard

Ben has a passion for exercise and human movement. Following attainment of his Diploma of Fitness, Ben sought to expand his knowledge with a Bachelor of Exercise Science. Upon successful completion, Ben undertook his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2014. Throughout his studies, Ben worked for 7 years as a personal trainer, allowing him to apply his knowledge as he was learning it. His education and experience, coupled with his passion for movement provide extensive knowledge in the mechanics of the human body and the importance of exercise for rehabilitation and sporting performance.

Ben’s exposure as a Physiotherapist has allowed him to build a strong, comprehensive, hands on approach to diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. In conjunction with this, he utilises an active treatment approach through rehab-focused exercise prescription. This strong exercise focus is complimented with treatment modalities such as dry needling and manual therapies. His treatment methods guide patients to attainment of their goals, whether it’s returning to work pain free or regaining peak performance prior to a sporting event. Ben prides himself on his continued development in his skills and expertise in the health industry.

When Ben is away from the practice, he enjoys a fun or competitive game of basketball and works on his own strength and conditioning at the local gym.
