With all our practitioners coming from strong backgrounds in sport rehabilitation, performance enhancement, injury prevention & management and strengthening & conditioning, we can help you achieve your sports injury and performance goals. Whether you're coming off the back of an ACL tear and looking to return to play or are looking for ways to enhance game play, our practitioners have the skills and experience help see you through.

Our team is lead by the renowned Ann Wu who herself has nearly 20 years experience in the industry. Having worked closely with players of all levels of sport, whether you are an elite sporting superstar or a recreational athlete, we will develop individualised programs to support you back to play. Our practitioners regularly work with sporting teams and centres, delivering treatment and ideas based on the latest research in the field. This experience working closely with sporting teams has developed our diagnostic skills in sporting related injuries and performance barriers, as well as a nuanced approached to choice of treatment modality for your specific sporting goals. Ann Wu

Ann is an APA titled sports physiotherapist with nearly 20 years experience in all sporting injuries from foot injuries through to knee pain and sports related back and neck pain. She has had an impressive career in AFL of all levels, basketball and tennis.

Lakshmi Varma

Lakshmi is an APA Titled Musculoskeltal Physiotherapist with a particular interest in injuries of the hip although she enjoys treating all patients. Shes is currently undertaking her PhD, has many years experience working with athletes of all levels and has training in dry needling.

Katharine Camobreco

Katherine is qualified physiotherapist with a passion for treating sports and running-related injuries, utilising strength and conditioning principles alongside manual therapy to help her clients achieve their lifestyle and sporting goals. She stays up to date with the latest research to ensure consistency with evidence based practice.

Deeya Mahadooa

Deeya is an experienced sports & remedial massage therapist. She is dedicated to achieveing the best outcomes for her patients. She develops treatment plans through careful analysis of biomechanics, body movement and mobility to evlauate muscle patterns and identify musculoskeletal imbalances. Deeya compliments this with her studies in psychology, using the biopsychosocial model to help identify patterns of pain.

Exercise Prescription

Our Physio's prescribe tailored exercise programs to help strengthen, stabilise and mobilise your injured area. 

Pilates

Attend our Pilates classes instructed by our Physio's in groups of three. Strengthen and repair with low impact on your joints.

Strength & Conditioning

Many injuries are caused by insufficient strength for a task. We provide strength and conditioning instruction for injury management & prevention.

Balance Training

Poor balance can lead to accidents and injuries. Our Physio's will prescribe movements to help you improve your balance and prevent injury.

Muscle Stretching

Healing strains and sprains can become shortened of stiff. Your physio may apply gentle forces and prescribe stretches to help reverse this.

Real Time Ultrasound

Be sure you're engaging the right muscles to perform your exercises correctly with real time ultrasound with our Physio's.

Massage

Our practitioners use massage techniques to treat and manage pain and dysfunction. Feel pain relief and muscle relaxation.

Dry Needling

Dry needing is used by our practitioners to provide targeted relief to persistent pain. Ask your practitioner at your appointment.

Joint Mobilisation

Our Physio's apply gentle forces to the injured joint to increase range of motion and reduce pain. Exercises will be prescribed to continue this process.

Bio-mechanical Analysis

Having trouble with a particular movement or skill? Our Physio's use whole body bio-mechanical analysis to identify potential issues and improvements.

Postural Analysis

Poor posture can cause a range of painful conditions in seemingly unrelated areas. Our practitioners perform full postural analysis to determine any dysfuction.

Gait Analysis

The way we walk and run effects how forces are dispersed throughout the body. Our Physio's will analyse your gait to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Acute Injury Management

Our physio's can help you manage your sporting injury in the early phases to prevent further damage and enhance your recovery. This ensures you return to play sooner.

Strapping

Upcoming tournament or big game? Need a little extra support while you heal? See our physio's for pre-game and acute injury strapping. 

Brace or Support

We prescribe a range a braces and supports including ankle boots, knee, wrist and neck braces, among others to support recovery of more severe injuries.
